I’ve spent over two decades exploring movement—from professional ballet to Ashtanga yoga to strength training. Today, I help women get strong, feel capable, and stop chasing perfection in their workouts.
Calm + Strong, my signature approach blends the mindfulness of yoga with the clarity of progressive strength programming—no fluff, no hustle culture, just better movement.
